Tetrapod species-area relationships across the Cretaceous-Paleogene mass extinction - data and code

Data and code required to replicate the analyses in: Tetrapod species-area relationships across the Cretaceous-Paleogene mass extinction, (in review) Close and Reijenga, Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences

The repository consists of three parts: (ia) the empirical analysis for stages, (ib) the empirical analysis for stages, and (ii) the analysis necessary to replicate the null model analysis with Spatially explicit neutral models. All data used is publicly accessible in previously published sources (e.g. PBDB), but compiled versions of this data is provided herein.
