Steel production and trade optimisation model, configured for post-war Ukraine. The objective is to minimise NPV across the entire steel sector over the 20-yr project lifetime.

Requires GAMS software, which supports x86 64 bit MS Windows, Linux and macOS systems.
Tested on GAMS Version 24.7.1 r56632 WEX-WEI x86 64bit/MS Windows (released Mar 14, 2016) with an academic license (license holder: Aidong Yang)
