that video actually answered the questions that was disturbing her since months. The question was, "how to get over death of a loved one?". She hadn't lost anyone but had seen a lot of people losing their loved ones since the mere age of 5. The impact was so strong on her that she developed serious anxiety towards death in her growing years and would get anxious easily on knowing about anybody's death. This led to lot of frustration and fear.

Now that she was 17 and had been suffering silently it was important for her to find solution to this problem. She stumbled upon this video where this very profound personality explaining about fear of death said, "consider death as nothing but water dissolving in water". This sentence literally changed her perspective towards death. She even started watching videos about life, it's meaning, it's purpose by visiting the YouTube channel of that individual. The person spoke about the Adwaita Vedanta and explained about life and death through that perspective. Later she also came across a video about Bhagwad Geeta in which the person explains about how Shri Krishna helps Arjuna navigating through the emotional strife he faces during the Kurukshetra war. She ordered the book herself and started reading it.

Although she didn't understand everything that was said in those videos, it did help her to develop critical thinking and pushed her to overcome her fear through understanding and accepting death as a part of life. Jesse is now recovering from it and is also learning to live in the moment. She now looks at life as an opportunity and trying her level best to make the best out of it till her last breath. She is now focusing on academics and her career but believes there is more to know about life and that quest is still on!
