that person started mentioning the stress from workplace. She seems quite young, around 35, but she has the kind of energy, which is not too shiny, but has a power that sparks calmly . She mentioned how she survive her ten years working experience in a big company, with all the information flooding in every day. The company has a culture says "learn swimming by getting thrown into a pool". Everyone was told to work hard, and get reward, while nobody stop and think about whether they love what they're doing, whether it's meaningful in the long river of their life. She talked about her journey of meditation, that saved her from the explosion of information. It was when she learnt how to take back her own time and focus, and make everything under her own control. Meditation is not forcing yourself to stay focus, but a kind of training that help yourself get back the control of energy and consciousness. It was how she started to plan on her time, but completely autonomous in deciding what task and when to deal with them. Jesse was relieved, and she realized there's nothing to worry, even though messages about work flooding in. She could actually train herself to be autonomous in deciding whether to get notifications at this time or not.
