"The Politics of Transforming Education in Ecuador"

This paper analyses the political context that enabled education reform in Ecuador to improve learning between 2006 and 2017 and recongises that president Correa's focus on education reforms and learning and his consistent political strategy and message were the key elements to determine the countrry's impressive improvements in education quantity and quality.
