Between 02/03/2020 and 15/04/2020 (the period of school closure without distance learning): Any children whose parents were not able to provide care for any reason Between 16/04/2020 and 26/05/2020 (the period of distance learning): Any children but with priority for those in lower grades and with working parents From 27/05/2020 onwards (the period of moving back to in-person learning): Children who had working parents, lone-parents and low-income families
