Set of bronze strap fittings: pair of buckles with oval loops, width 2cm, with no bar but an open side flanked by pierced lugs which interlock with the single lug on the tongue and the pair at the top of the plate. The plates are miniature versions of the triangular plates of the big buckles, with rounded lobes at top sides and bottom. At the back are three pierced lugs to attach plate to belt. The tongues have shield-shaped backs. Total length 3.7cm. Plates show slight longitudinal curvature.2 matching counterplates evidently belonging to this set, but were not listed in the original report, as the second buckle was also missed. Length 2.6cm.
