LXXXI. Disturbed ; the deepest grave opened at Sarr, being six feet from the surface. Its length was nine feet, and its width nearly five. At the head of the grave was a small bronze pin, a spear-head with its ferule, both broken, and apparently before burial; part of a shield-brace. A small piece of yellow clay, about the size of a walnut, was found on the chalk floor of the grave.
