Bronze surgical instrument, length 12cm, probably a ligula or specilla. long shaft with pointed end, widening and thickening toward the other end, before thinning to join a small flat circular lobe, at an angle to the stem. This lobe is very solid with flat underside and curved upper, and the whole appears cast in one. Stem champfered.
