Eric Fletcher served at RAF Gravesend. He wanted to be a pilot initially but was denied due to wearing glasses.

The first album contains:
- Wedding photograph of Arnold Chatterton and Vida Greenhaigh, featuring Eric Fletcher (best man). 1940s, Bolton, Lancashire.
- RAF 'passing out' photograph. Unknown photo location, features Eric Fletcher. Potentially RAF Cranwell, October 1940
- Two photos of Eric Fletcher taken at RAF Cranwell, October 1940
- Two photos of Eric Fletcher at RAF Gravesend, January 1941
- Various photographs of RAF Gravesend site pre-development
- Photographs at Cobham Hall in Kent, used as accommodation for RAF Gravesend, taken in 1942

The second album is from Egypt and Palestine, 1945. It contains:
- Two photographs taken at the Dead Sea. Features Eric Fletcher and Ernest Challender, among others.
- Photos taken at Petah Tikva, Egypt. Features swimming, cricket. Billeting after dark.
- Photos of pets of squadron at Petah Tikva, Judean pups.
- Photos taken on VE day, 8th May 1945. Celebrations at Petah Tikva.

The photos are accompanied with descriptions by Eric Fletcher.
