Our family member's service in WW2

Grandfather, Itol Gordon Jarman, shared wartime memories with contributor - contributor joined the armed forces himself - served with Royal Marine Commandos in Afghanistan.
Granfather, Itol, served in Royal Army Ordinance Corps 1942 - overseeing supplies in England - after war returned home and opened stores and petrol stations (old-fashioned petrol stations with deli counter).
Great-uncles Verney and Albert Jarman also served in the Army.
Verney - 1941, served with the Royal Corps of Signals in the Middle East
Albert - 1940, served Welch Regiment and became POW - repatriated and returned home.
Grandmother's brother, John Jones, was also POW, but returned to UK after war. Other grandfather served in the RAF Police - was a dog handler in south coast, and around Folkestone, Kent.

Contributor's grandfather, Albert Clifford's service records submitted.
Albert was a member of the Territorial Army (Reserves), and joined the Royal Artillery in February 1941. Joined in Brighton and served as driver mechanic.
According to service medals, Albert served in the following campaigns:
- Gallipoli (WW1)
- Monte Cassino
- Africa Star
- Italy Star
- Egypt war medal
Returned home and never talked about his experiences after 1952.
