Brent 1866, 162-3: Four circular weights, which have no peculiarities of form and are not engraved. One is thick and has certainly not been a coin, resembling KAS 469 (1), with the exception of being flat on both sides; it is also punched with a rude indentation on both sides. Weight, 300 grains. The other three may probably, by their shape, have been coins, but bear no traces of figure or inscription. Weight, 51, 19, and 8 grains respectively. That weighing 19 grains is roughly cut, not dissimilarly to KAS 469 (11).19 weights - some probably coins from purse but most dotted as if multiple of weight, or ground and squared.Four circular weights, not engraved. One thick and certainly not coin; flat both sides with crude indentations. 300 grns. Other three possibly coins, but no markings. 51, 19 and 8 grns.Catalogue number attributed to nineteen weights from an entry in the catalogue (Payne 1892a, 29). The same catalogue number is asigned to the bronze balance. – D.H.
