No tumulus. In getting down we found two iron clasps [M 6250], or corner-pieces, of a box or coffer, they had a rivet in each end; also three links of an iron chain [M 6249]. At the bottom, were the bones of a child, almost gone; no appearance of a coffin. Near the right shoulder was a very long ivory comb [M 6248], with a double set of teeth; lower down was the blade of a small knife. Very shallow and short grave.
