Kingston Down Grave 269
No tumulus; very shallow grave; no appearance of a coffin; the bones of a child, almost gone. About the middle of the grave was found a brass armilla [M 6259], having two sliding knots, It is much too large for a child; and was very much bent and bruised when found.
