Tumulus scarcely discernible; grave not above eighteen inches deep; bones almost gone; burnt coffin. A golden ornament for the neck [M 6292], weighing twenty-two grains; five amethyst beads, as before; three small earthen beads, viz., blue, red, and white; one long blue glass bead; a pair of shears, as before. At the feet was an empty black urn, which was broken by the workmen. It seemed to have been capable of holding about a pint.
