Fragmentary sword blade, length c. 34cm - several pieces from middle of blade. In very bad condition, and covered with lumps and bubbles of corrosion. Just about at the point of complete disintegration. Some remains of wooden scabbard with vertical grain.X-ray no. 22: Not a trace of pattern welding.X-ray could not be located in 2006-7. – D.H.
