Fragmentary sword blade, length 54cm, hilt and point missing. In very bad and crumbly condition. Very substantial remains of scabbard: wood vertical grained, with ?leather beneath and hairy impressions below that.X-ray no. 64: Pattern welded: 2 composite rods in standard pattern.X-ray could not be located in 2006-7. – D.H.
