Iron sword, fragmentary, length 36cm. With extra bit of tang detached: length 4cm. Total length 39.5cm. The blade has been cleaned electrolytically, and is now holey and thin. But it was probably a small sword with slim blade.X-ray 9SCH, probably incorrectly, uses this accession number for a seax from Sibertswold grave 177. A sword of unknown provenence also has been asigned the catalogue number M 6305 by SCH. National Museums Liverpool database contains the following data on this spearhead: spearhead 12 1/4\ long.
