Shield-boss, height 9cm, diam. 15cm. Rather tall boss with convex dome, topped by small button, slight carination above sloping waist, and narrow flange, width 1cm. Flange has only four rivets, and has wood and leather remains beneath. Badly corroded and covered with sandy incrustations.
