Information in Voice & Choice

To strengthen voice or choice and significantly improve learning, information must be embedded in a coherent relationship where parents and communities can then do something with it. Information can be the thin end of the wedge, but to harness the wedge's mechanical advantage and make a real impact, it needs to be part of a wider whole.
