HMS Norfolk, battle of Denmark Strait and Battle of the North Cape

Lewis Thomas served on HMS Norfolk during WW2. He was involved in the sinking of both the Bismarck and Scharnhorst pocket battleships of the Kreigsmarine. He was born in the village of Kenfig Hill South Wales in 1920 and crossed the bar on 15th September 2011. Heart of Oak.
