Grave, with the feet pointing much more to the north, and about three feet deep: no signs of a coffin: bones decayed: the head of a pilum, on the right side: an iron buckle, as at No. 5; and the blade of a knife, not unlike our modern pruning knives, and eight inches long in the blade; and the broken remains of the ferrule of the pilum.
