Grave as before, about two and a half feet deep. Head of a pilum on the right side of the skull, which, together with the rest of the bones, was almost gone. The conical umbo of a shield, as before. Two broad-headed iron studs, as before. Blade of a knife, and several nail-like pieces of iron. The coffin very visible, and appeared to have passed the fire.
