Gold mount, not Anglo-Saxon?

Circular sheet gold ornament, diam. 2.6cm. Decorated in repoussé with a central boss and eight similar bosses arranged in circle around it. A double ring of repoussé dots around central boss and around rim, and lines of dots between subsidiary bosses. Pierced at opposite sides of rim by pairs of holes crudely punched through from back. Good yellow gold.
