Fragment of a copper-alloy bound wooden bucket

Width 3.10cm Height 9.30cm'In view of the uncertain provenance of the material with the British Museum accession nos. 1893,0601.211-242 (see Site Investigation) attributed to Sarre in the Database, it seems unlikely that these bucket remains were found in Grave 264 (see Cook 2004, Cat .no. 123).
