Forage Hat Stamped in Italy

<p dir="ltr">This item is a Forage Hat from 1946, stamped in Italy. The contributor's uncle went from Africa to Italy and got malaria. He recuperated in Naples. </p><p>The contributor brought their uncle's soldier's release book from 1948. He was initially too young to be in army, so was in the Home Guard. However, he then enlisted in 1945 and was stationed in Italy and continued there after the war.</p>
