William Davies
William wrote letters to his Uncle about his life in France serving in WW2.
William was killed in action at Gallipoli. Relative has brought in various letters written by William as well as a Christmas card sent by him.

Ada Wright
Ada wrote letters to her relatives describing her experiences of the Blitz in Sheffield. Her niece was killed during the Blitz and her funeral is described in one of her letters.

William Turlington
William was a signalman in Retford and wrote a letter to relatives describing the bombing that was taking place nearby and then living in a bomb-damaged house.
