Families being resident in Italy, having an ISSE value (the indicator of equivalised socio-economic condition, computed taking into account household income and wealth) lower than €15,000 per year and household equivalised monthly income in April 2020 lower than €400, and not having received other ordinary benefits or any of the extraordinary benefits that were introduced to tackle COVID-19 crisis
