In an excursus away from the Holy Land, Theodosius lists cities and their saints in Asia Minor:
'Caesarea of Cappadocia, there there is saint Mamas the hermit and martyr, who milked wild animals and made cheese, and saint Mercurius the martyr. In the same province is the city of Sebastea, where there are the Forty Martyrs, which is in the province of Cappadocia. The city of Gangra, there there is the holy martyr Callinicus, which is in the province of Galatia. The city of Euchaita, where there is the holy martyr Theodore, which is in the province of Galatia. The city of Ankyra, which is in the province of Galatia, where there is saint Platon the martyr.'
