Ideoque quia petisti a nobis ut casale, quod qppellatur Aurelianum, in integro una cum vineis suis positum Via Portuensi, juxta sanctos Abdon et Sennen, praestatem auri solidos duos et semis, juris sanctae Romanae, cui Deo auctore deservimus, Ecclesiae, tibi ad certum tempus debeamus concedere.

'And so, because you have asked us for the farm, which is called ‘Aurelianus’, in its entirety together with its vineyards, positioned on the via Portuensis, next to [the shrine of] saints Abdos and Semnes, rendering two and a half gold solidi, which is of the property of the holy Roman church that, by the authority of God, we serve, we should grant you [it] for a fixed period.'
