The fragmentary papyrus document belongs in parts to Paris, Sorbonne, Institut de Papyrologie 2227 (1-69) Strasbourg, Bibliothèque Nationale P. gr. 1442 - 1485 Strasbourg, Bibliothèque Nationale P. gr. 1574 Strasbourg, Bibliothèque Nationale P. gr. 1794. The document is dated by the indiction year, which could be either one of the two possible years within the first half of the 7th century.
