ἁγία(ς) τ̣ε[οτ(ό)κ(ου)]
[σί(του) ἀρτ(άβης) τρίτον] δ̣ωδέκατον μό(νον). ἐγρά(φη) μ(ηνὶ)
Π(α)χ(ων) ̣ ἰνδ(ικτίωνος) ̣[
γί(νεται) σί(του) ἀρτ(άβης) γ´ ιβ ́.

'Apollo, the baker of saint Kosmas and Damianos ... the saints, has paid for the prosynaxis of the day of the holy God-bearer one third and one twelfth of an artaba of wheat only. It was written in the month Pachon, on the ... of the ... indiction.
