Quia ecclesiam sancti Georgii positam in loco, qui Ad sedem dicitur, minorem quam oportet diligentiam habere cognouimus [...]
‘We know that the church of Saint George, situated in the place called ‘At the seat’, receives less attention than it ought to.’
