In this fragmentary acknowledgement a man named Aurelios Ioannes, son of Paulos, from the village of Philoxenos in Arsinoe, writes to Ioannes the keeper of a storehouse dedicated to saint Sergios, concerning a loan.

Line 11–12 of the document read as follows:

ἀποθήκης ἁγίου Σεργίου

'… of the storehouse of saint Sergios'
