E06113: Greek receipt from Arsinoiton Polis (Fayum) concerning straw, mentioning a church of *Stephen (presumably the First Martyr, S00030) where one of the witnesses is a priest; datable to the 7th century.

One of the witnesses signing this document is a presbyter of the church of saint Stephen. Lines 20–21 of the receipt read as follows:

(hand 3) † Ἀπολλῶς \†/ πρε(σβύτερος) ἐκκλη[σίας τοῦ ἁ]γ̣ί(ου) Στεφάνου υἱὸς τοῦ
μα[καρίου] Ἄπα Ὣρ μαρτυρῶ τ[ῇδε τῃ] ἀποδείξει ὡς πρό(κειται). †

'Apollos, presbyter of the church of saint Stephen, son of the blessed Apa Hor/Apahor, I am a witness to this receipt as it is stated above.'
