The fragmentary agreement concerns the cultivation of particular areas of land and seeds to be planted by the time of the feast of Apa Michael or by the 15th. The agreement is made in the presence of the presbyter Apa Biktor.

Lines 8–9 of the reverse read as follows:

ϣⲁ ⲡϣⲁ ⲛⲁⲡⲁ ⲙⲓⲭ[ⲁⲏⲗ] ⲏ ϣⲁ ⲥⲟⲩ ⲙⲛⲧⲉ

'… until the feast of Apa Michael or until day 15.'
