In this fragmentary document a monastery of Apa Petros seems to be mentioned. The scribe of the document for the men offering this surety, is Theodoros, the presbyter of the church or monastery of Apa Petros at Pataubasten, who also acts as a guarantor and a witness.
This ostracon is kept at the British Museum in London, inv. 33011.
