In this fragmentary document a monastery of Apa Petros seems to be mentioned. The scribe of the document for the men offering this surety, is Theodoros, the presbyter of the church or monastery of Apa Petros at Pataubasten, who also acts as a guarantor and a witness.

Line 5 reads as follows:

. . . . ⲏⲣⲓⲟ. ⲛⲁⲡⲁ ⲡⲉⲧⲣ[ⲟⲥ

'monasterion?/eukterion? of Apa Petros.'

Lines 12–15 read as follows:

[ⲁⲛⲟⲕ] ⲑⲉⲟⲇⲱⲣⲟⲥ ⲡⲣⲉⲥⲃ(ⲩⲧⲉⲣⲟⲥ) ⲛⲁⲡⲁ ⲡⲉⲧⲣⲟⲥ ϩⲛ ⲡⲁⲧⲁⲩⲃⲁⲥ(ⲧⲛ?) ⲁⲩⲉⲓⲧⲓ ⲙⲙⲱⲓ ⲁⲓⲥϩⲁⲓ ϩⲁⲣⲟⲟⲩ

'[I], Theodoros, presbyter of Apa Petros at Pataubasten, they have asked me and I have written for them.'
