In lines 5–9 the church of Kollouthos is addressed as the lessor of the property:
'To the holy church of the city of the Arsinoites which is called (the church) of Saint Kollouthos, represented through you, Phoibammon, vir spectabilis, the oikonomos of this church, Aurelios Eulogios, son of Apollos, originating from the village Boubastos of the Arsinoite nome, greetings.'
The verso of the document summarises the content of the contract as follows:
'Land lease of 5 aruras more or less in the plain of the village of Boubastos, made by Aurelios Eulogios, son of Apollos for the holy church of Saint Kollouthos.'
