In this document of the early Arab period the receipt of a particular payment is acknowledged. The payment was made by a monk named Samuel of the monastery of Sourous.
In lines 1–2 one reads:
ἔσ̣χα(μεν) πα(ρ)ʼ ὑμῶν Τζαμουλ ἀπὸ Ἁγίου Σουροῦ
'… we have received from you, Samuel from (the monastery) of saint Sourous, …'
