Lines 24–25 read as follows:
ἐπὶ τῆς αὐτῆς Συήνης περὶ τὸ νότινονμέρος τοῦ Φρουρίου
καὶ περὶ λα̣ύραν τοῦ ἁγίου ἀθλοφόρου Ἄπα Βίκτορος μάρτυρος
'… lying in the same Syene in the southern part of the fortress and in the Quarter of Saint Apa Viktor, triumphant martyr. '
Line 36 reads:
βορρᾶ τοῦ ἁγίου τόπου Ἄπα Βίκτορος μάρτυρος
'… on the north (the site) of the shrine of the martyr Apa Viktor'
