At the beginning of folio10, the hamlet named after saint Pinoution is mentioned:

† ἀπὸ ἐπο[ικ(ίου) Ἁγίου Πινουτίωνος

'From the hamlet of saint Pinoution, …'

Folio 11b, line 275 mentions a monastery dedicated to saint Mary:

ἀπὸ μονα(στηρίου) Ἁγία(ς) Μαρίας

'From the monastery of saint Mary, …'
