Only a few fragmentary lines are preserved of this document, which seems to concern a house or parts thereof once obtained for an institution dedicated to saint Phoibammon being passed on now to a different owner or tenant.
What remains of lines 1–2 reads as follows:
]ⲏ ⲛⲡⲏⲓ ⲛⲧⲁ ⲁⲡⲁ ⲕⲩⲣⲓ ϣⲟⲡϥ ⲉ[ⲡⲙⲟ]ⲛ̣(ⲁⲥⲧⲏⲣⲓⲟⲛ?) ⲛⲡϩⲁⲅⲓⲟⲥ ⲫⲟⲓⲃⲁⲙⲙⲱⲛ
