In this document, a lack of wine seems to cause a request made by the monastery to have wine brought. The monk Petre of the monastery of Apa Apollo is sending this request to a female addressee asking her to bring it, if she has not yet sold it, and not to sell it to anyone else.
Line 3 of the fragmentary document reads as follows:

] ⲛⲁⲕⲁⲡⲏ ⲁⲡⲁ ⲫⲃ ⲥⲉϣ\ⲧ/ ⲛⲏⲣⲉⲡ ⲧⲉⲛⲟⲩ ⲧⲉⲧⲁⲟⲩⲉ ⲉ . . . . .

‘… ] kindly. Apa Phib: they are lacking wine. Now, are you informing …?’
