The document is concerned with post mortem offerings to be made for Tsible by her husband. Tsible, very ill, determines that her husband should sell some of her property to be able to pay for these offerings. The document is signed by several witnesses who have made use of a lector of the church of Apa Kyriakos to act as their scribe.

Lines 83–85 read as follows:

ⲁⲛⲟⲕ ⲑ̣ⲉⲱⲡ̣ⲓ̣ⲥⲧⲟⲥ ⲡⲁⲛⲁⲅⲛⲱⲥⲧⲏⲥ ⲛⲁⲡⲁ ⲕⲩⲣⲓⲁⲕⲟⲥ ⲁⲓⲥϩⲁⲓ ϩⲁⲣⲱⲟⲩ ϫⲉ ⲙⲉⲩⲛⲟⲓ ⲛⲥϩⲁⲓ +

‘I, Theopistos, the lector of Apa Kyriakos, I have written for them, since they do not know how to write.’
