The fragmentary papyrus document reads in line 5:
[ⲡⲙⲟⲛⲁⲥⲧⲏ]ⲣⲓⲟⲛ ⲉⲧⲟⲩⲁⲁⲃ ⲛⲁⲡⲁ ϩⲉⲣⲙⲁⲩⲱ
'[the] holy [monastery] of Apa Hermao(s)'
or possibly more likely:
[ⲡⲉⲩⲕⲧⲏ]ⲣⲓⲟⲛ ⲉⲧⲟⲩⲁⲁⲃ ⲛⲁⲡⲁ ϩⲉⲣⲙⲁⲩⲱ
