Four inhabitants of Aphrodito answer to the pagarch Julian of Antaiopolis for the person of a monk called Enoch. If they are unable, the guarantors will pay six nomismata. Belongs to the archive of Dioscoros of Aphrodito.

Πέτρος Ἀ̣π̣ο̣λλ[ῶτος, ὑ]ποδιάκ(ονος) το(ῦ) ἁγίο(υ) τόπο(υ) Ἄπα Ὡρο(υ)ωγχίο(υ) μάρτυρος,
ἐγγυο͂μα̣ι̣ [τὸ]ν προκ(είμενον)

'Petros, son of Apollos, sub-deacon of the holy topos of Apa Horouonchios, the martyr, I guarantee the aforesaid … '

Discussion

Whether the topos mentioned here is a monastery or a shrine (or both) remains unclear. The same saint can be found in E02156, E02158, E02208, E02209, E02211, and E02212.
