E01264: Coptic inscription on a marble grave stele invoking the God of *Kollouthos (physician and martyr of Antinoopolis, S00641), of uncertain date, presumably from Antinoopolis (Middle Egypt) where the great shrine of Kollouthos was situated.
'May the God of saint Kollouthos have mercy on the blessed Severos who has gone to rest on day twenty-eight of the month Phamenoth in this year of the ninth and the beginning of the tenth indiction.'
