Summary:
A man from a rural locality in the district of Hermopolis acknowledges a debt over 30 measures of wine addressed to the female representative of the monastery/place of *Kollouthos.
'I, Elias, son of Abraham, from a locality in the district of Hermopolis, I am writing to the mistress Tagaph, the woman of the place of Saint Kollouthos, that I owe you thirty kados vessels of wine.'
