The stele was published by Revillout, 'Mélanges d’épigraphie et de linguistique égyptienne', 188.

Discussion

The identity of this Ammonios, the martyr, is uncertain. He might be the Ammonios mentioned in the 411 Syriac Martyrology (E01548) alongside a priest and martyr called Phaustos, who could be Phaustos, priest and martyr of Alexandria.
