E01060: The Liber Pontificalis, written Latin in Rome in the 530s, and re-edited before 546, in its account of *Marcus (bishop of Rome, S00420), states that he was buried in the cemetery of Balbina on the via Ardeatina outside Rome, on 6 October [AD 336].
